You are the Earth

Rocks erode into sediments that mix with the poop from decomposers that make soil. All of the natural elements from the periodic table are present in the mantle (magma) that forms our rocks. Those sediments are absorbed by plants that are consumed by us. That's how we obtain the necessary nutrients to make the molecules that make our cells function.
